Pharma Quality Support can provide (interim) Responsible Person services for your company holding a WDA license.

In the EU, a Wholesaler Dealer Authorization (WDA) and a Responsible Person (RP) named on the license are required to procure, possess, sell, and distribute medicinal products. The RP has the responsibility to guarantee compliance with Good Distribution Practice (GDP) regulations and maintain the quality of products distributed commercially by using a Quality Management System. It must be ensured that batches meet GDP rules, such as proper storage and transportation, traceability, temperature control, packaging and labelling, documentation and complaint handling.
